Lyndonville, Vt. - Lyndon State College was the scene of chaos as student journalists and human services majors responded to an E. coli outbreak Friday afternoon. This year's disaster drill involved an outbreak of E. coli in contaminated pineapple that was fed to students at the Stevens Dining Hall and the snack bar.
