For more than 40 years, Backroads has been running biking, hiking, multi-adventure, family, private and active ocean and river cruise trips worldwide, in more than 60 countries. Every year Backroads hires seasonal employees for the job of a lifetime. The company is particularly seeking bilingual candidates who have a true interest in connecting with and serving others.
Backroads Trip Leaders are recognized as the best in the travel industry, consistently earning a 98% approval rating from guests for their outstanding performance as interpreters, facilitators, ambassadors and all-around sources of inspiration and goodwill.
