Marketing ManagerUSA Ninja Challenge is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive local marketing strategy across multiple platforms, specifically utilizing your expertise with Meta Business Suite to manage and optimize advertising campaigns and provide clear administration of marketing tasks for new and existing franchise locations.Key Responsibilities:- Implement our local franchise marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across multiple marketing channels.- Conduct demographic research and build contact lists for new locations, supporting franchise expansion initiatives.- Implement a weekly marketing calendar for each franchisee and their staff.- Manage Meta Business Suite for all 25+ USA Ninja Challenge locations, including scheduling posts, analyzing data, and optimizing ad campaigns for maximum impact.- Collaborate with the ninja gym owners, managers, and marketing director to ensure seamless integration of local organic social media and paid advertising efforts.- Conduct twice a week zoom calls with owners as they begin their pre-opening marketing plan and make sure they understand all their responsibilities as a local gym owner. - Maintain and improve Excel/GoogleSheets marketing calendars for each location. - Create and manage new Facebook and Instagram accounts for expanding locations, ensuring consistent branding and audience engagement.- Be proficient in email marketing techniques using MailChimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms.- Communicate effectively with internal teams via Zoom, Slack, Google Meetings, or Facebook Messenger.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (preferred) OR 5 years of online marketing experience- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and best practices- Meta Business Suite proficiency including scheduling, analytics, and advertising campaign management- Experience with content creation tools like Canva and video editing software (a plus)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environmentBonus Points:- Experience working with franchises or the fitness industry- Passion for obstacle courses, ninja warrior culture, and/or youth developmentCompensation and Benefits:- Competitive salary range beginning at $60,000 a year. - Two weeks vacation- 10 holidays- Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passionate team- Be a part of a company that is changing the way kids play and growPlease send your resume and cover letter at once to our team at marketing@usaninjachallenge.com and tell us why you're the ultimate Marketing Manager USA Ninja Challenge needs
